The experience

You start in Place de l'Hôtel de Ville with a game code sent to each device. The smartphone app becomes your guide, feeding you challenges as you move through the city: solve puzzles, complete missions tied to specific landmarks, and photograph your team's moments at each one. Pont des Amours, the romantic bridge that defines Annecy, is part of the route, along with the coloured facades and canals of the Old Town. The competition runs the whole time, but the point is the laughter and the discoveries you make together.

There's no physical guide and no fixed schedule. You move at your own speed, which means you can linger at a café or take a detour without falling behind. The app keeps track of your score and sends you new tasks as you complete each one. If something goes wrong or you're stuck, support is a phone call or live chat away, available every day of the week.

You'll need your own smartphone with the free app downloaded before you start. The game is wheelchair accessible, and the route stays on public streets and bridges in the city centre, so there's no climbing or rough terrain. Groups can run one team or split into two competing teams depending on which option you book.
