Amiens outdoor escape game: Solve puzzles in 2 hours

Race through Amiens' historic centre to break a curse before time runs out

An outdoor escape game in central Amiens where you and your team solve puzzles and gather code words by visiting noble families scattered through the city, all within two hours. Play on any day at any time without advance reservation. The game code and free app send directly to your smartphone, and you can save photos and videos as you go.

The experience

A curse has sealed off a secret underground passage hidden somewhere in Amiens' historic centre, and you have two hours to break it. You'll move through the city streets visiting each family marked on your smartphone, solving puzzles and collecting clues that lead to four code words. Each family and their servants hold the key to the next step, but the clock is ticking, and the platform closes forever when time runs out.

The game works entirely on your phone. You download the free app, receive a unique code for your team, and follow the scenario and instructions that appear on screen. There's no physical guide meeting you. Instead, the app guides you from puzzle to puzzle as you navigate the city on foot. You choose when to play (any day, any time that suits your schedule), and there's no need to book in advance. Photos and videos you capture during the game save directly to your smartphone, so you keep a record of how you solved it.

The game is wheelchair accessible, and all surfaces in the areas you'll visit are accessible as well. Public transportation runs nearby if you need it. Service animals are welcome, and the activity suits all fitness levels, though you'll be walking and standing as you move between the families and work through the puzzles.
