Pickup happens from either the Santa Claus Holiday Village Hotel or the operator's office, and the driver brings you back to the same spot when it's done. Winter gear—overall, boots and gloves—is provided, so you show up in regular clothes and walk out dressed for the snow. The guide speaks English; French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese are available on request.
