The experience

The drive to your hotel takes anywhere from 20 minutes to two hours depending on which zone your hotel sits in and what time you arrive: traffic moves differently at dawn than it does at midday. The vehicle is air-conditioned and has free in-car WiFi, so you can message ahead or catch up on messages during the ride.

The transfer is priced per vehicle for up to four passengers, which means a family or a small group splits one booking instead of multiple taxis. The Prado is a 4WD built for Fiji's roads and can hold up to four suitcases, so luggage that fits standard dimensions travels with you. Oversized gear like surfboards or golf clubs may need to be flagged when you book so the operator can confirm it fits. The driver speaks English and knows the route to every hotel on the list, from the Nadi-area properties like the Novotel and Tanoa Skylodge to the Denarau resorts (Sheraton, Westin, Sofitel, Radisson Blu, Hilton) and the outer island resorts like Shangri-La, Intercontinental, and Outrigger on the Lagoon.

What happens when my flight lands late at night?

The transfer service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so your driver will be waiting whenever you clear arrivals, whether that's midnight or dawn. Provide your actual flight time when you book so the operator can confirm the pickup.

How many people and how much luggage fit in the SUV?

The private Toyota Prado seats up to four passengers comfortably and holds up to four standard suitcases. If you're traveling with four adults, space is tighter than with two adults and two children. The vehicle can carry luggage up to standard dimensions. Oversized items like surfboards or golf clubs may have restrictions, so contact the operator before booking if you have excess gear.

Do I need to arrange payment with the driver?

No. You receive a travel voucher at checkout that you present to the driver when you meet in the arrivals area. Payment is already settled.
