A 2.5-hour hands-on perfume workshop in Sheffield where you learn fragrance composition from a professional stylist, experiment with a curated library of premium accords, and leave with a custom 5ml bottle of scent you've created. The session covers the fragrance pyramid (how base, heart and top notes interact), and ends with your formula hand-blended and bottled on the spot. Minimum age 17. The experience

What makes a scent work? During this workshop, you'll find out by building one yourself. A professional fragrance stylist walks you through the fragrance pyramid (the structure that holds every perfume together), and shows you how base notes anchor the blend, heart notes carry the personality, and top notes make the first impression. You'll learn how different accords interact and why a scent evolves differently on each person's skin.

The core of the session is hands-on: you'll work through a curated library of premium blends, from zesty citrus and delicate florals to exotic spices and deep musks, testing combinations until you find the one that feels like you. Your stylist offers professional guidance on balance and proportion, so your final formula is genuinely wearable, not an experiment that fades in an hour. Once you've settled on your blend, it's hand-mixed and bottled right there in the studio: a literal memory in a bottle that's yours alone.

The whole experience runs 2.5 hours and includes a glass of bubbly or a non-alcoholic alternative. You leave with your 5ml bespoke fragrance and the knowledge of how you built it, which means every time you wear it, you're back in Sheffield.
