The Experience

The driver monitors your flight in real time. If you're delayed, there's no extra charge — he just waits. You land, walk through arrivals, and find him holding a name board in the meeting point (T2 or T3 in front of WHSmith, T4 or T5 by the Costa cafe). The vehicles range from a saloon (4 passengers, 2 checked bags, 2 carry-ons) up to an 8-seater van (8 passengers, 8 checked bags, 8 carry-ons), so whether you're traveling solo or with a group, there's a size that fits. Everything is included — London vehicle tax, airport parking, the drop-off charge, the meet-and-greet — so there are no hidden costs and nothing extra to negotiate with the driver. If you're traveling with an infant, car seats are available on request if you mention it at booking. Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated as long as someone's there to help you board.

You'll get a second confirmation 48 hours before pickup with the exact meeting point and your hotel pickup time, so there's no guessing on the day. If you need to change anything, you just email them. The driver has your mobile number (with international dialing code) so he can reach you at the airport if needed, and you can reach him if you're running behind.
