The experience

The booking works by phone or email confirmation. Once you reserve, the operator contacts you to lock in your pickup date, time and location (whether that's Dover Airport, the seaport, or a local address), along with your destination in London, passenger count and luggage. If you're arriving by air, you'll provide your flight number. If by sea, your cruise details. One hour before pickup, you'll receive your driver's name, phone number and photo, plus a tracking link so you can follow the car in real time.

On the day, the driver arrives at your pickup location and takes you directly to London. The journey takes around two hours. Your vehicle is air-conditioned and has WiFi on board. If you're arriving at the airport, you get one hour of free waiting time in case your flight is delayed or you need time to collect luggage. Seaport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting, and local pickups 15 minutes. The driver handles the route. You sit back.

You choose your vehicle at checkout: a saloon for up to three passengers, an MPV for up to six, or a 14-seat minibus for larger groups. Prices are fixed with no surge pricing, and you can cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. The operator tracks flight arrivals for airport pickups and times the driver's departure accordingly, so you're not waiting around.

What happens if my flight is delayed or I need extra time at the airport?

Airport pickups include one hour of free waiting time, so if your flight lands late or you need time to collect bags and clear the terminal, the driver will wait without extra charge. Seaport arrivals get 45 minutes of free waiting.

Can I change my pickup time or location after I book?
