Bradford self-guided tour app: Hidden Gems treasure hunt

You explore independently while the app nudges you toward places you'd never find alone.

A self-guided smartphone tour of Bradford using GPS technology to lead you to hidden gems and local secrets. You navigate independently, solving treasure hunt clues and answering quiz questions to earn points and climb the Travel League leaderboard. One ticket covers your whole group on a single device, with flexible start times and free cancellation.

The experience

The app does the planning for you. When you arrive in Bradford, log in and hundreds of map pins appear on your screen: each one a destination, a clue or a challenge. You choose which ones to visit and in what order, moving through the city on foot or by car at whatever pace suits your group. The GPS guides each step, and as you reach each location you solve a puzzle, answer a question or complete a challenge to earn points. Friends and family travel together on one ticket, one device, so there's no need to split up or buy separate passes.

The Travel League turns exploration into friendly competition: the more points you earn across the season, the higher you climb the nationwide leaderboard and the closer you get to winning prizes. The variety of destinations and challenges works for all ages, and because you set the rhythm (starting whenever you want and stopping whenever you've had enough) there's no pressure to keep pace with a guide or a group schedule. You can cancel free if plans change.
