The experience

The service starts with airport or hotel pickup and gives you a full 12 hours to move through El Salvador on your own terms. You pick the vehicle that fits your group size and luggage: an SUV, a sedan, or a 4x4 pickup truck. All vehicles are newer models, air-conditioned, and insured for damage and injury. The driver is trained, speaks both English and Spanish, and knows how to get you where you're going without the usual hassle of navigating unfamiliar roads or figuring out local transport.

Your itinerary is entirely yours to build. Some travelers use the time to hit multiple beaches in a single day. Others focus on one volcano or national park and take their time there. The driver follows your schedule, not a fixed route, and will drop you at a different hotel or location than where you started if that's what your day requires. Fuel is included, so there are no surprise charges along the way.

For pickups outside the city limits, the service includes 10 hours instead of 12. If you need more time than your package allows, additional hours run $10 per hour and can be arranged at checkout or on the day itself.

Yes. The 12-hour window is yours to divide however you want. You might spend four hours at a beach and eight exploring a national park, or split the time across three different stops. The driver adjusts to your pace and preferences throughout the day.

What's included in the 12-hour transportation package?

The package covers the driver's time, fuel, the air-conditioned vehicle, and damage and injury insurance. Meals and parking fees are not included, so budget for those separately if you plan to eat out or park at attractions.

Do I have to return to my hotel at the end of the day?

No. You can ask the driver to drop you at any location (a different hotel, a restaurant, a beach town) as long as it's reachable within your 12 hours. Just let the driver know your final destination when you plan your route.
