The experience

The boat is newly renovated with a salon, bathrooms with freshwater showers, a custom dive deck and platforms, and shaded upper decks. You board in Sharm el Sheikh and head to one of three snorkeling zones: Ras Mohamed, White Island or Tiran Island. The reefs there hold parrot fish, turtles and clownfish. Lunch and snacks are included, along with bottled water, coffee and tea. The crew speaks English, Italian, Arabic or Russian.

A private charter means you set the pace and the stops. If your group wants to spend the morning snorkeling and the afternoon on the upper deck, that's the itinerary. If someone wants to dive instead, or if this is a birthday or celebration, the boat adapts. The day runs 7 to 8 hours. Pickup from your hotel is included, and the boat holds up to 12 guests. Additional people beyond that are 25 USD each.
