The experience

The driver has your flight details before you take off. When you land, he's waiting in front of the arrival hall with a sign: no hunting through the terminal, no calling to find him. He takes you by private car to your hotel in Cairo or Giza, and the route takes around two hours depending on traffic and which district you're headed to. If you want to stop and see something on the way, he can do that. If you just want to get to the hotel and rest, that's what happens instead.

The car is new and the price is fixed before you ride. Bottled water is in the car, and all taxes and fees are already built in. Nothing gets added at the end. The driver speaks English, so you can ask questions about the city, get a restaurant recommendation, or just sit quiet. The driver has your flight details, so he knows when you actually land. If the flight is delayed, the pickup time shifts with it. He won't be waiting at the hotel while you're still in the air.
