Prague: E-Bike & E-Scooter Tour with Castle & Charles Bridge
See Prague's hilltop views and oldest bridge without walking the whole city
You ride an electric bike, scooter, or trike through Prague's historic districts with a guide who stops at Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Letná Park viewpoints, and Old Town Square. The Experience
"The bike does the work, you just steer," our guide told us at the meeting point, and that simple sentence changed how the day felt. Instead of climbing the cobblestone streets on foot, you're on an e-bike, e-scooter, or three-wheeled trike—your choice—moving through Prague's historic districts with a private guide who knows where the views open up and where the crowds thin out. The safety training takes maybe ten minutes, and then you're rolling toward the John Lennon Wall, Charles Bridge, and the Rudolfinum before most of the tour groups have finished their coffee.
The route covers the major landmarks but from angles you wouldn't get on a walking tour. You stop in front of Prague Castle—the world's largest castle complex—and ride up to Letná Park, where the city spreads out below you and the Prague Metronome (the former Stalin Monument site) sits on the hill. If you book the three-hour option, you get the Jewish Quarter and the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Square; the shorter tours skip those and focus on the viewpoints and the bridge. St. Vitus Cathedral appears as you climb, and Strahov Monastery sits at the top if you have the time. A 15th-century brewery is on the route too, though you're stopping to look, not to drink.
The vehicle choice matters. The two-wheeled e-scooter is nimble and feels closest to walking; the cruiser fat e-bike is stable and comfortable for longer stretches; the three-wheeled trike is the easiest if you want zero balance work, though you'll need a valid driver's license and you have to be between 18 and 69 years old. All three can ride together in one group, so if you're traveling with someone who wants a different setup, that works. The guide takes photos as you go, and you get unlimited water, coffee and tea at the start. Helmets are provided in all sizes, and if it's light rain—up to 1 mm per hour—they give you a raincoat and keep going.
Book the length that fits your schedule: 30 minutes hits the main sights, 60 minutes adds more viewpoints, and three hours gets you into the quieter neighborhoods and the older monuments. The price shifts with the vehicle and the day, so check the booking form for the exact rate. You need to be comfortable steering with both hands, and if you're riding with a child aged 1 to 6, there's a special child seat (EU certified) on a classic electric bike at no extra charge—just mention it when you book.
What’s included
- Your tour includes helmet rental in all sizes, safety training and a supervised test-drive before you start, unlimited water and coffee at the meeting point, guide-led navigation through Prague's historic districts, photos taken by your guide, and raincoats and gloves if needed.
- If you book the three-hour option, you also visit the Jewish Quarter and Strahov Monastery.
- All three vehicle types—e-bike, e-scooter, and three-wheeled trike—can ride together in one group.

Do I need a driver's license for this tour?
Only if you choose the three-wheeled trike. The e-bike and e-scooter require no license. Trike drivers must be 18–69 years old.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain (up to 1 mm per hour) means the tour runs as planned with free raincoats provided. Extreme weather may trigger a reschedule or full refund.
Can I bring a small child?
Yes. Children aged 1–6 can ride in a special child seat on a classic electric bike at no extra charge. Maximum child weight is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). Infants can also travel in a pram or stroller.
How long is the tour?
Tours range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Shorter tours focus on main sights; the 3-hour option includes the Jewish Quarter, Strahov Monastery, and Petrin Hill.
Which vehicle should I choose?
The e-scooter is nimble and closest to walking. The cruiser fat e-bike is stable and comfortable for longer rides. The three-wheeled trike requires no balance but needs a driver's license and age 18–69.
What's included in the price?
Helmet rental, safety training, test-drive, guide photos, and unlimited water, coffee and tea at the meeting point. Raincoats and gloves are provided if needed.
Is this suitable for someone with limited fitness?
The electric motor handles the climbing, so fitness level is less of a factor than on a walking tour. The guide can advise on which vehicle suits you best.
Where do we meet?
The meeting point is at the start of the tour. Public transportation is available nearby, and you'll receive the exact location when you book.
