If you’re looking for a real family adventure near Prague, this quad biking tour is worth it. Kids get their own gear and even a motocross jersey to take home—plus everyone leaves grinning.
It’s not every day you see your kids’ faces light up before you’ve even left the parking lot. We arrived at the base just outside Prague—easy to find, with the faint smell of pine and petrol in the air. The staff greeted us right away, checked us in, and handed out all the gear: helmets (with those funny balaclavas), gloves, goggles. My youngest was especially proud of his elbow pads—kept flexing his arms like a superhero.
The instructor—Petr, I think—walked us through everything. He spoke clear English and made sure even my daughter (she’s 8) felt comfortable on her smaller quad. The Can Am Outlander 650XT looked massive next to hers! After a quick demo and some laughs about who’d get muddy first, we set off for an hour-long ride. The trail had just enough bumps to keep it fun but nothing too wild for beginners. Birds overhead, a bit of wind on our faces, and that satisfying hum from the engines—honestly, it felt good to do something different together as a family.
Yes, kids as young as 6 can join using smaller quads and full protective gear. Instructors guide everyone throughout.
No experience needed! The instructor gives a full safety briefing and helps you get comfortable before heading out.
Wear comfy clothes you don’t mind getting dusty. Overalls are available to rent if you want extra protection.
Every child aged 6–17 gets a motocross jersey as a gift after the ride—a nice souvenir!
You’ll get helmets (with balaclava masks), gloves, goggles, and elbow pads included in your booking. Overalls can be rented for a small fee if you want them.
