The experience

"Where are you headed?" the driver asks as you walk out of Liberia Airport into the Costa Rican heat. That's it: no confusion, no hunting for a shuttle sign in a crowd. Your name is already on his board. This is a private transfer from Liberia Airport to your hotel or resort in Playa Flamingo, and it starts the moment you clear customs. The vehicle is air-conditioned, modern, and has space for luggage without anyone sitting cramped. You get a bottle of water before you even sit down.

The drive to Playa Flamingo takes time, it's not a short hop, but the driver knows the route and can stop whenever you need it. Bathroom break at a restaurant? He'll pull over. Want to grab something at a store or take a photo of the landscape? No problem, no meter running, no rush. The price is fixed before you arrive, so you know exactly what you're paying. Fuel, tolls, insurance, parking. It's all included. If your flight lands late and you text ahead, he'll still be there waiting. No extra charge for the delay.

The vehicle fits groups comfortably, and the driver is trained and friendly, not someone learning the job. If you're traveling with a child, specialized infant seats are available. Pets are welcome if you mention them when you book. Wheelchairs fit, and the vehicle itself is accessible. On the way, you can ask the driver questions about the area, but this isn't a guided tour. It's transport that gets you from the airport to your door without the stress of figuring out how.
