Airport to San Jose Private Transfer: Door-to-Door Service

Your driver meets you at baggage claim with a nameplate, not a taxi queue.

A private transfer from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) to San Jose puts you in an air-conditioned vehicle with a licensed driver who holds your name at arrival. The driver contacts you the day before with his phone number, meets you at a scheduled time with luggage assistance, and drives you door-to-door without stops or shared passengers. All fees and taxes are included. Child seats are available on request.

The experience

You land at SJO and walk straight to baggage claim. Your driver is already waiting with a nameplate, so no scanning crowds or calling a dispatcher. He helps with your luggage, settles you into a clean, air-conditioned car, and drives you directly to your San Jose hotel or address. The whole trip takes about 25 minutes, depending on traffic and your exact destination in the city.

The booking is simple: you choose one-way or round-trip when you reserve, and the operator contacts you right after to confirm your arrival time and any details you missed. One day before you fly, you get your driver's phone number so you can text or call if your flight lands early or runs late. No hidden charges appear at pickup. The price you see includes all fees and taxes. If you're traveling with an infant or small child, specialized car seats are available. Just mention it when you book.

The vehicles are fully licensed and insured, equipped for luggage, sports gear and any weather. Drivers speak English, dress professionally, and know the route to San Jose well enough that you can relax instead of navigating or making conversation if you don't want to. Service animals travel free.
