Children aged 2 to 10 get a simpler menu: cheese fingers, burger with fries and juice or soda, and cupcakes.

Entertainment runs through the evening with a professional entertainer and DJ Deimer handling music and games, plus raffles and contests. As midnight approaches, the boat positions itself to catch the city's pyrotechnic display, and everyone raises a glass of champagne with grapes for the traditional toast.
