Cartagena Airport Transfer: Private Hotel Pickup & AC Vehicle

Skip the taxi line at Cartagena airport. Your driver is already waiting

You arrive at Cartagena airport and a uniformed staff member meets you at the exit with a sign. A private, air-conditioned vehicle takes you and your luggage directly to your hotel, with tolls and taxes included in the fixed price. No negotiation, no surprises. Just door-to-door service that starts the moment you land.

Step-by-step itinerary

Airport arrival and hotel transfer

• Collect luggage at airport
• Meet staff with agency sign
• Follow staff to private vehicle
• Travel to hotel in air-conditioned car

The experience

You land, clear customs, and walk out into the Caribbean heat. Instead of hunting for a cab or negotiating with a stranger at the curb, someone in uniform is already there holding a sign with your name. That's the whole point of this transfer. A staff member meets you at the airport exit (either the national or international pier), and walks you straight to your air-conditioned vehicle. No waiting around, no phone calls, no guessing what the ride will cost.

The driver handles your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or vacation rental in Cartagena. The vehicle is private, so it's just you and your group in the car. Tolls and taxes are already included in the price, which means no surprise charges when you arrive. If you're traveling with kids, child seats are available for an extra fee. Just mention it when you book. The whole thing is straightforward: you get picked up, you get driven, you arrive at your door.

While you're settling in, the transfer team can also tell you about other services they offer: city tours of Cartagena and nearby towns like Barranquilla and Santa Marta, trips to the Rosario Islands or Barú, even the Volcán del Totumo if you're interested. But that's optional. The transfer itself is just transport, done right.

What’s included
