Step-by-step itinerary
Explore Shenzhen's tech innovations
- Order drone food delivery
- Try a robotaxi ride
- Visit flagship tech stores
The experience
The tour starts with a robotaxi ride. An actual self-driving taxi you can test, not a simulation. After that comes the Innovation Center, where you'll see humanoid robots, AI glasses, wearable exoskeletons, and laser engraving setups that show where Chinese tech is headed right now. Your guide walks you through how each piece works and what it costs to build.
Next is a mall stop to visit flagship stores: DJI's drone showroom, Huawei's foldable phones, Xiaomi's electric vehicles, and Bambu Lab's 3D printers all in one place. Then you reach Huaqiangbei, the world's largest electronics market: a sprawling wholesale district where components and gadgets flow through thousands of stalls. Your guide helps you navigate it and explains what you're looking at. The tour ends at the 6S Robot Store, the world's first robot specialty store, where you watch robots make coffee and play piano. The whole experience runs 4.5 hours with a live bilingual guide in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Transportation is included in your booking, and so are all admission fees and snacks. There are no shopping commissions, no hidden stops, and no pressure to buy anything. If you have young children, they're welcome from age 6 onward, and infants can sit on an adult's lap.
