You choose between a 5-seater or 7-seater vehicle, and the service runs around the clock: departures from 00:00 to 07:00 use the 7-seater, while 07:00 to 23:00 runs either size depending on which you book. Each passenger can bring one piece of luggage up to 158 cm in total dimension and 20 kg in weight. Oversized bags may incur an extra charge if space allows. The journey to downtown Kunming hotels takes roughly 40 minutes. The service covers hotels in four central districts: Wuhua, Panlong, Guandu and Xishan. Hotels outside these areas are considered outskirts and require an additional fee, which the travel agent will quote before confirming your booking.

If your train is delayed, call the travel agent immediately after you know about it, then call again once you've boarded with the updated information. The driver needs that update to know whether to wait or leave. If you call only after arriving in Kunming, there's no pickup and no refund. The driver does not speak English, but the travel company's English-speaking staff handles all communication and problem-solving during your reservation and transfer. If you can't find your driver at the station, call the travel agent and pass the phone to any Chinese speaker nearby. They'll locate you and send the driver to your exact spot.

Your arrival train code, hotel name and hotel address in Kunming. The train code is required. Bookings without it will be rejected. Buy your train ticket first, then book the transfer.

What happens if my train arrives late?

Call the travel agent right after you learn about the delay, and call again after you board with the updated train information. The driver needs that update to adjust his timing. If you call only after arriving in Kunming, the pickup cannot be arranged and no refund is issued.
