The experience

Your pickup starts at your hotel lobby at the time you book. The driver arrives with your name on a sign, hands you your QR code or paper ticket, and drives you to Harbin Ice and Snow World in Songbei district. The standard entry ticket is already purchased for you: no risk of sellout on your travel day. When you reach the park gate, scan your ticket to enter.

The park runs from 10am to 9:30pm, so you control how much of the day you spend there. Children under 1.2 meters enter free with a paying adult. Kids aged 0–5 pay only the transfer seat fee. Once inside, you stay as long as you want. The ticket is valid for one entry. The rest of the time is yours to explore at your own pace.

Return transport is not included, so arrange your own way back to your hotel when you're done. If traffic is heavy on the way to the park, the driver may switch to a Harbin Ice and Snow World conversion bus to get you there on time. You'll need to provide your full name, passport number, and date of birth when you book so the ticket can be purchased in advance.
