The driver will wait if your flight is on time. If your luggage is delayed and you're still at baggage claim after other passengers have left, call the local travel agent immediately to ask the driver to stay. If your flight is delayed, you must call the travel agent right after you learn the delay and again after you board the plane, so they can tell your driver whether to wait or leave. Calling only after you land means no pickup. If your flight is cancelled, contact the travel agent to cancel the booking.

The base fare covers hotels in downtown Dalian's four main districts: Zhongshan, Xigang, Shahekou and Ganjingzi. Hotels in the outskirts cost extra. The travel agent will quote the additional charge and you have 24 hours to approve it or the booking cancels automatically. Each passenger can bring up to two bags totalling no more than 158cm in dimension and 20kg in weight. Oversized or excess luggage may incur a surcharge depending on vehicle space. The service runs from 7am to 11pm. Pickups before 7am or after 11pm need advance approval and are charged as extra hours.
