One pass covers the cable car, the funicular, the bus loops and the cathedral climb: no separate tickets to buy.

The Santiago Pass Turistik is a 3-day pass that bundles hop-on hop-off bus access across two routes (three days on the classic loop, one day in Barrio Italia), cable car and funicular rides on Cerro San Cristóbal, a guided tour of the Metropolitan Cathedral with bell tower climb and 360° city views, wine tasting at Viña Santa Carolina, and entry to Sky Costanera viewpoint. The pass comes with a free map app and works across Tuesday to Sunday for most attractions, though Barrio Italia and the winery run Monday to Saturday. You can board the bus before 4 p.m. to complete the final loop each day.

The experience

Santiago Pass Turistik bundles what you'd normally buy as separate tickets into one three-day pass. The hop-on hop-off bus runs two routes: the Ruta Clásica loops through the historic center, passing Plaza de Armas, Palacio de la Moneda, Santa Lucía Hill, Parque Bicentenario and Costanera Center. The Ruta Barrio Italia branches into the city's design and dining quarter. You ride as many times as you want across the three days on the classic route and get one full day on the Barrio Italia line. The cable car and funicular both climb Cerro San Cristóbal, the largest park in Latin America, where you reach the Bellavista Terrace and the Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception for views across the whole city.

The guided tour of the Metropolitan Cathedral runs Tuesday to Saturday at five different times throughout the day. You climb to the bell tower and stand at the top of the historic center with a 360° panorama. Viña Santa Carolina, a centennial vineyard inside Santiago declared a historical monument, offers a tour and wine tasting Monday through Saturday. The vineyard sits in its own gardens with an underground cellar. Sky Costanera, the viewpoint in the 300-meter Costanera Center building (the tallest in Latin America), is included so you can see the city from the ground and from above. A free map app guides you between stops.

Most attractions run Tuesday to Sunday, so plan the cable car, funicular and Cerro San Cristóbal visits for those days. Barrio Italia and the winery close on Sundays and Mondays. Board the bus before 4 p.m. each day if you want to complete the full loop. Infants sit on an adult's lap. The pass suits all fitness levels, though the cathedral climb and hill walks involve stairs.

Is this one for you?The three-day window is long enough to revisit stops and linger at parks or neighborhoods, but short enough to fit into a longer Santiago trip without committing your whole week to one pass. If you're staying four days or fewer, this pass covers the main attractions. If you're staying longer, you can use the pass early and explore beyond it on the remaining days.
