The Experience

I didn’t expect to get soaked so early in the day, but there we were—ponchos flapping, laughing like kids as the Hornblower boat edged closer to Horseshoe Falls. On our way back we stopped at this giant Floral Clock—didn’t know that was even a thing—and heard its chimes echoing through the trees. The air smelled green and sweet along Niagara Parkway, almost like cut grass after rain.
