So you're standing in Canmore or Banff at 7:40 in the morning, and instead of hunting for a parking spot at Lake Louise, you're just getting in a van. That's the whole point of this shuttle — someone else drives while you actually look at the mountains. The service picks up from Canmore (7:40 am, 9:00 am, or afternoon slots at 1:00 and 2:00 pm) or Banff (8:00 am, 9:30 am, or 1:20 and 2:20 pm), and you're in an air-conditioned vehicle with a driver who knows the area. No navigation, no stress about where to leave the car, no wondering if you'll find a spot when you get back.

In summer, the route runs Lake Louise first — you get about an hour and fifteen minutes there, which is enough to walk the lakeshore, grab a photo with the glaciers behind you, or just sit by the water — then it's on to Moraine Lake for the longer stop. Moraine Lake only opens from June through mid-October, and when it does, the turquoise water and the Ten Peaks backdrop are the reason everyone's phone is full of Banff photos. The shuttle gives you time to walk the shoreline, rent a canoe if you want, or just stand there. Winter flips the route: Lake Louise stays open year-round, so that's your main stop, and Johnston Canyon fills the second slot when Moraine Lake closes.
