Halifax Airport Pickup: Private Transfer to Hotels

Door-to-door from the airport without the taxi queue

A private transfer from Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) to your Halifax hotel or residence, with your driver meeting you at the airport with a nameplate and flat-rate pricing that covers the full journey. The service includes complimentary waiting time (up to 60 minutes for international flights, 45 minutes for domestic), so you can collect bags and clear customs without watching the clock. Bottled water is provided. One bag per person is included, with oversized luggage accommodated by advance request.

The experience

Your driver meets you at the designated airport pickup area with a nameplate or Amaan Tours signboard, eliminating the hunt for a taxi rank or the uncertainty of ride-share surge pricing. You'll have the driver and vehicle details before you land, so there's no guessing who to look for. The flat fee means no meter running while you're still in baggage claim or waiting for a late connection. The price you book is the price you pay, with no hidden charges or tips expected.

The service monitors your flight in real time, so delays or schedule changes don't leave your driver stranded or you scrambling for a backup plan. Domestic arrivals get 45 minutes of free waiting time after landing. International flights get 60 minutes. That window covers the time you actually need to deplane, collect bags and reach the pickup zone. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts accordingly. Child seats are available if you're traveling with small children, and oversized luggage can be arranged when you book.

Drop-off goes to hotels, cruise terminals, residences or any destination within the service area around Halifax. The journey itself runs roughly an hour, giving you time to settle in and watch Nova Scotia's landscapes pass without the stress of navigating an unfamiliar road or finding parking at your accommodation.
