The four mixed reality scenes place you inside different moments: an Anne of Green Gables-era market day, a Confederation-era political debate, a harbour battle between cannons and a privateer ship, and a 1930s lobster boat working the water. Within each scene, you can move through the space, pick up objects and make choices that change how the story unfolds. After each immersive moment, you return to the present and continue walking with your guide to the next stop. The whole experience takes about two hours and finishes back at the Lobster Trap Lounge, where you can grab a lobster cone and a local drink to mark the end of the tour.

The tour is wheelchair accessible, and all areas and surfaces are navigable. Children from age 6 are welcome, and infants or small children can ride in a pram or stroller.
