You select botanicals, craft your personal gin, and leave with a custom-labeled 750ml bottle. The experience runs about an hour with an English-speaking guide and includes four spirit samples and a bottle of PARK Vodka.
The Experience
The experience starts with a tour of the working distillery, where you'll see how spirits are made, then move into a tasting of four craft samples. After that foundation, you get to the core of the day: selecting your own botanicals from what the distillery has on hand and blending them into a bottle of gin that's yours alone. You're not watching someone else do it—you're the one touching, smelling and choosing each ingredient, building the flavor profile you want.
The botanicals are there to explore: juniper, citrus peels, spices, herbs, whatever combination appeals to you. You blend them into the base spirit right there in the distillery, then the bottle gets a custom label with your name on it. It's a tangible thing to take home, not just a memory of a tour. The whole process takes about an hour, and the guide walks you through it in English.
