The experience
The experience starts with a tour of the working distillery, where you'll see how spirits are made, then move into a tasting of four craft samples. After that foundation, you get to the core of the day: selecting your own botanicals from what the distillery has on hand and blending them into a bottle of gin that's yours alone. You're not watching someone else do it. You're the one touching, smelling and choosing each ingredient, building the flavor profile you want.
The botanicals are there to explore: juniper, citrus peels, spices, herbs, whatever combination appeals to you. You blend them into the base spirit right there in the distillery, then the bottle gets a custom label with your name on it. It's a tangible thing to take home, not just a memory of a tour.
