The experience
The tour departs Montreal and arrives in New York on day one, heading straight to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum at Pier 86 on the Hudson River, then to Madame Tussauds on 42nd Street. You stay two nights in a hotel in New Jersey, close enough to Manhattan for the next day's sightseeing but far enough to keep costs down. The guide travels with you the whole way and speaks English, French, or Chinese depending on the group.
Day two is the core of the city: a cruise past the Statue of Liberty, a visit to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center site, and time at the observation deck called Top of the Rock with 360-degree views of the skyline. You'll also pass through Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, 5th Avenue, and Wall Street. Museum admissions aren't included in the package price, but the guide can buy tickets for you on the bus before you arrive, so you don't waste time at the box office.
Day three takes you to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley before the return drive to Montreal.
