The experience

You arrive and get a welcome drink, then the scrub begins. The salt, whichever blend you pick, works across your skin from head to toe, exfoliating and softening as you lie still. After the scrub rinses away, your skin is already different: supple, smooth, the dead layer gone.

The foot massage that follows is the second half of the hour.
