Bansko to Sofia Airport Transfer: Shared Shuttle Service

Get picked up from your Bansko hotel and dropped at the airport without arranging a car

A shared shuttle transfer connects Bansko resort hotels to Sofia Airport Terminal 1 and 2, with pickup from any location in Bansko and confirmation of your collection time 24 to 48 hours before departure. The driver collects all passengers from their hotels, then heads directly to the airport. Hotel pickup is included. A 24/7 help line is available if you need to reconfirm your time.

The experience

The shuttle picks up from all Bansko hotels and resort locations, collecting passengers over roughly an hour before heading to Sofia Airport. Your exact pickup time (usually 4 to 6 hours before your flight departs) gets confirmed by email or text message between 24 and 48 hours before you travel. You'll receive the time in the same way you made the reservation, so check both email and SMS. If you don't hear from the operator within 24 hours of departure, contact the 24/7 help line to reconfirm.

Plan to be at your pickup point 15 minutes early. The shuttle may run slightly late depending on traffic and other passengers, so allow up to 20 minutes of waiting time before calling to check on delays. The driver takes the direct route to Sofia Airport Terminal 1 and 2. All taxes, fees and road charges are included in the price, and the operator has run this route for more than 10 years with a large fleet.
