Dive Friends Bonaire runs eight locations scattered around the island, and with this package you can pull unlimited tanks from any of them — air or Nitrox, your call each morning. The weights are free, so you're not renting them separately or hunting for a shop that has your size. You just show up, grab what you need, and head to the water.

The island has 7 designated dive locations, each one different. Some are house reefs you can walk to from the shop; others are a short boat ride. Because you've got unlimited tanks for six days, you're not rationing dives or watching your air budget like you would on a standard rental. You can do two dives in the morning, come back for lunch, go out again in the afternoon. The Caribbean water here stays clear year-round, and the corals and fish don't move, so you can return to the same site twice and see something new the second time. Dive Friends is a PADI 5-Star IDC center, which means they train divers at every level — if you want to pick up a specialty certification while you're there, the instructors are on staff.

You need to be a certified diver to rent tanks; that's the one hard rule. If you're recovering from spinal surgery or pregnant, this isn't the right time — the center is clear about that.
