Skip the taxi queue: a driver meets you with your name, loads your bags, and takes you straight to your door.

The driver meets you at baggage claim with a name sign. You travel door-to-door without waiting in shared shuttle lines. One day before arrival, you receive the driver's phone number. The vehicle accommodates one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger, with specialized infant seats available on request.

The experience
The transfer works like this: after you land at Bermuda Airport and collect your bags, your driver is waiting with a name sign. No hunting for a taxi stand, no joining a shuttle queue. You walk out, find your name, and head straight to a clean, air-conditioned car. The driver helps load your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or accommodation. The whole ride takes about twenty minutes depending on where you're staying on the island.
You choose the vehicle size when you book: options range from a car for one passenger up to a van for eight. Each seat includes space for one large suitcase and one carry-on bag. If you're traveling with infants or small children, specialized car seats are available. Just request them at booking. The driver speaks English and is trained to help with luggage and any questions about getting around Bermuda. One day before your trip, you'll get a text or call with the driver's direct phone number so you can confirm timing or let them know if your flight is delayed.
The price covers the vehicle, the driver, air-conditioned comfort, and waiting time: fifteen minutes at your accommodation if you need to settle in before heading out, and up to an hour at the airport if your flight lands late or baggage takes time. All fees, taxes and gratuities are included in the quoted rate. If you need a nighttime transfer, that option is available at checkout. The vehicle is fully licensed and insured, equipped for any weather, and regularly cleaned inside and out.
