The experience

The day starts with a boat ride out to your private island. Once you arrive, you have the whole place to yourself and your group for eight hours. The operator provides a cooler stocked with your choice of drinks, two paddleboards for the water, and BBQ equipment if you want to cook. Sunscreen, towels and local beer are included. Ceviche and fresh fruit come with the package. If anyone in your group is vegetarian, the operator can arrange food options ahead of time.

The island rental is the foundation, and everything else is optional. You can show up and spend the day swimming, paddleboarding and grilling, or you can layer on extras at checkout: a private chef to cook seafood or other meals, Swedish or deep-tissue massages, jet ski rentals, a photographer to document the day, or a DJ to set the mood. If you want something not listed, you can inquire and the operator will tell you if it is possible. The price structure means a family of six books one rental. If you want to bring more guests, each additional person past six has a separate fee.

A live English-speaking guide is included. Service animals are welcome, and infants can sit on an adult's lap. The experience suits all fitness levels, so whether your group wants to relax or stay active, the island and the water are yours to use as you choose.
