The experience
You arrive in Liège with a free afternoon and a smartphone. The Walter Case starts the moment you open the app: a billionaire CEO is being blackmailed, and intelligence suggests a bomb is hidden somewhere in the city with two hours on the clock. You become the private detective tasked with finding it. The game sends you into the streets to search specific locations, examine your surroundings for clues, and piece together which leads matter. Every choice you make (which suspect to interrogate, which route to take through the neighborhoods, which area to search first) shapes how the investigation unfolds.
The app guides you from one puzzle to the next, but you decide the path. You'll walk through different parts of Liège, noticing details you might otherwise miss: a storefront, a street corner, a public space that holds a clue. Solving each puzzle unlocks the next lead. The countdown is real in the game's logic, even if you can take as long as you need in actual time. Your team works together to decode the riddles, spot the hidden details and stay ahead of the fictional clock.
When you finish, the app generates a summary with photos from your adventure: a record of where you went and what you solved. Support is available around the clock if you get stuck. The game stays valid for up to three years, so you can return to Liège and replay it, or send the link to friends who want to try the same case.
