Brussels Brewery Tour: Tipsy Tribe Craft Beer Tasting
Walk through a working Belgian microbrewery and taste beer straight from the source.
Tipsy Tribe Brewery & Distillery in Brussels opens its production floor for a guided tour led by a co-founder, where you taste two house-brewed craft beers in 16cl pours and meet the head brewer. The tour covers ingredient selection through to the final pour, showing how small-scale independent production shapes the flavor. Afterward, you can stay in the tap room to order additional drinks and snacks at your own cost.
The Experience
How do small-batch breweries actually work? Tipsy Tribe answers that by walking you through their operation in real time. A co-founder or the head brewer guides you through the brewery floor, explaining the choices that separate craft beer from mass production—from which grains go into the mash to how fermentation timing changes the final taste. You're not watching from behind glass; you're standing in the space where the beer is made, and the guide is someone who built the place.
The tasting comes next: two distinct styles of beer, each brewed in-house, served in 16cl glasses so you can compare how different recipes and techniques produce different results. If you're under 16, water or juice replaces the beer. After the tour ends, the tap room stays open—you can order more craft beers, signature cocktails, or snacks if you want to linger, though anything you drink or eat after the official tasting costs extra.
The whole experience runs about an hour. English is the standard language, but French, Spanish, Turkish, and Dutch are available if you ask ahead and the brewery can arrange it. The brewery sits in central Brussels with public transport nearby, and all areas are wheelchair accessible.
