The Experience
Rain or shine, we kicked off our Game of the Goose adventure near Groenplaats. The city felt alive—trams rattling by, a whiff of fresh waffles from a corner stand, and locals chatting in that soft Antwerp accent. Our phones buzzed with the first clue, and just like that, we were off, zigzagging through cobbled lanes I’d never noticed before.
Every stop brought something new—one minute we were answering a quirky question about Rubens’ house, the next we had to snap a silly photo in front of a mural I’d walked past a hundred times but never really saw. Sometimes you get lucky and breeze through; other times, you’re scratching your head while another team sneaks ahead. Our guide checked in remotely (super helpful when we got stuck near Sint-Andries), but mostly it was just us, our map, and the city unfolding clue by clue.
