The experience

Batts Rock Beach opens the tour with a natural rock formation that stacks and balances in a way that seems to defy gravity. You can photograph the existing formations or try stacking your own. From there, the route moves to Animal Flower Cave, a sea cave where colourful sea anemones and other marine life live in the pools. You can swim in the cave's water or climb to the clifftop restaurant for views instead. The guide navigates the drive along Cherry Tree Hill, a scenic road that cuts through a mahogany forest and overlooks the Scotland District, a hilly region that resembles the Scottish Highlands.

Bathsheba is a fishing village famous for its rock formations and surfing waves, and a natural stop on the route. Gun Hill Signal Station, the largest of six signal stations built in Barbados in 1818 to warn of enemy ships, sits on a hilltop in St. George and offers views across the island to Bridgetown. The tour runs five hours in total, with private transportation, bottled water, and an air-conditioned vehicle throughout.
