The experience

The driver meets you at the arrival doors with a sign bearing your name, or if you're leaving a hotel, the doorman calls the driver who waits nearby. From the cruise port, exit through the gate, walk across to the Tourism Police Station, and your driver will be there. This removes the uncertainty of finding transport in an unfamiliar place. If your schedule allows roughly 30 minutes before you need to be at your destination, the driver can take the scenic route instead of the direct one.
