The moment you clear customs at Baku airport, your driver is already there holding a paper with your name and the Baku Tours logo. No scanning crowds, no guessing which taxi is yours. You spot the sign, walk over, and the transfer starts. The driver wears a name badge with the company logo, is professionally trained, and the fare to your hotel stays fixed for any distance up to 35 kilometers. Bottled water is in the car. That's the whole thing.

This is a one-way transfer only, so you book it either from the airport to your hotel or from your hotel back to the airport: whichever direction you need. If you're staying in a central city area, the fixed fee covers the distance, so there's no surprise at the end.

One thing to know: the drivers don't speak English, but you get a welcome paper in English that introduces you to Azerbaijani culture.
