The Experience
The cafe occupies a spacious ground floor with two upscale bars and an outdoor terrace, so you can choose where to settle. Guitars, violins and signed photographs cover the walls — the memorabilia gives you something to study while you wait for your food. Live entertainment happens regularly, with acoustic sessions that showcase Vienna's local music scene, so the meal is never just the plate in front of you.
The Acoustic Menu runs two courses: pick a main from six options (the Legendary Smashed Burger, Moving Mountains Veggie Burger, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Twisted Mac Chicken & Cheese, or Tupelo Chicken Tenders), then a warm chocolate brownie with whipped cream. The Electric Menu adds a starter salad and expands the mains to seven, swapping the brownie for chocolate cake. Both come with your choice of soft drink, coffee or tea. The venue also offers a child menu for ages 0–10, available to order on the day.
Priority seating means you don't queue at the entrance — you walk in, hand over your voucher and go straight to your table. You can arrive whenever suits your schedule during open hours. The space is fully wheelchair accessible, and if you're traveling with infants, strollers and specialized infant seats are available. Additional drinks, food or Hard Rock merchandise cost extra.
