Vienna Airport to Hotel Transfer: Private Van with Meet & Greet

Skip the taxi queue and arrive with your luggage handled

A private transfer from Vienna Airport VIE to any Vienna hotel in a business van for up to five passengers, with a professional driver holding a name sign in arrivals and 60 minutes of free wait time included. The driver handles luggage and takes you directly to your destination. All taxes, tolls and fees are confirmed in the price before you book.

The experience

The driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, ready to take your group and luggage straight to your hotel. You get 60 minutes of free wait time after landing, so if your bags take longer or you need to use the restroom, there's no meter running. The van fits up to five passengers with their luggage in a single booking, which means a family or small group travels together without splitting into separate cars.

All airport taxes, parking fees and handling charges are built into the all-inclusive rate you confirm before you book: no hidden costs appear at the end. The drive to Vienna takes around 25 minutes depending on traffic and your hotel location. Your driver is licensed, insured and professionally trained, and the service operates in English.

Top questions

How does the meet and greet work when I land at Vienna Airport?

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a name sign with your name on it. They'll greet you, help with your luggage, and guide you to the van for the drive to your hotel.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I land later than expected?

The 60 minutes of free wait time starts from your actual landing time, not your scheduled arrival. If you're delayed, your driver adjusts and waits without extra charge.

Can I fit all my luggage and my family of five in one van?

The business van seats up to five passengers with their luggage, so a family of that size travels together in a single booking with room for bags.

What's included in the price I see before I book?

The all-inclusive rate covers the private van, your professional driver, all airport taxes, parking fees, handling charges and gratuities. Nothing is added later.

Is the driver able to communicate with me during the transfer?

Yes, your driver speaks English and is trained to assist with luggage and answer questions about getting to your hotel.
