The experience

Three to five hours gives you time to move through all 16 Chambers of Wonder without rushing. Your guide, someone with actual Swarovski experience, walks you through how artists, designers and architects each interpreted crystal in their own way, and explains the thinking behind the installations. You'll see the Crystal Cloud, an outdoor garden display of roughly 800,000 hand-mounted crystals, and if you're traveling with children ages six and up, they have the Swarovski Turm to explore while you take the views.

Hotel pickup is included from Innsbruck or the surrounding area. If you're staying in the old town where cars can't drive, you'll meet your guide at a designated point instead. The drive covers road and parking fees, and bottled water comes with you. The tour ends back at your hotel, so the whole outing, travel time included, fits into a half-day window.

After the museum, you have the option to taste food and wine from vineyards owned by Swarovski family members, which you can arrange at checkout. Anyone who buys something at the gift desk gets a small gift to take home.
