The experience

There's a Jacuzzi onboard, and the skipper chooses the anchorage based on that day's weather and conditions, so you're not locked into one spot. What's the difference between snorkeling, the stand-up paddle board and the clear-bottom kayak on this trip?

All three are included and you pick which one you want to do, or switch between them during the day. Snorkeling puts you in the water with a mask and fins, looking at the reef face-on. The stand-up paddle board lets you paddle across the water and see down into it. The clear-bottom kayak sits lower and gives you a straight-down view of the coral without getting wet at all, so it's the option if you want to see the reef but stay dry.

How many people will be on the boat?

A maximum of 29 guests. Most large tour boats to the Whitsundays carry 150 to 200 people, so this size makes a real difference in how crowded the snorkel site feels and how much space you have onboard.

What time do I need to arrive and when does the boat get back?
