The experience

You arrive at Youth Beauty By Amie in the heart of Cheltenham with a free afternoon or a gap in your day. The spa sits within easy reach of public transport, and parking is included with your booking. Once inside, the calming white tiles and soft lighting set the tone before your therapist guides you through the core of the experience: a soothing relaxation massage using gentle, flowing strokes designed to ease muscle tension and settle your mind.

After the massage, you move into the Vichy shower ritual. Multiple water jets cascade over your body in warm waves, rinsing away the massage oils while the sensation melts stress from your muscles. This is not a quick rinse. It is a revitalizing part of the treatment itself, built into the flow of your session. Towels are provided, and you have access to shower facilities to freshen up before you leave.

The whole experience runs between 45 and 90 minutes depending on which session length you book at checkout. All areas of the spa are wheelchair accessible, and the treatment suits any fitness level. Whether you come alone for a solo retreat or bring friends for a group appointment, the personalized care is calibrated to your needs.
