The tour starts with your guide fitting you to the Segway and running through the basics — the machines handle all skill levels, so first-timers and experienced riders move together. Once you're balanced and ready, you head toward the Swan River, where the route follows the water's edge past the Bell Tower and its historic bells. The guide shares stories about Perth's culture and landmarks as you ride, and there's time built in for photos at each stop.

You cross the Boorloo Bridge and Matagarup Bridge, both of which give you views across the river and toward the Optus Stadium. The route passes the Perth Mint, where Australia's gold is refined, and takes you through Supreme Court Gardens — a parkland that overlooks the city. The stops are spaced so you can catch your breath and take in the surroundings without feeling rushed. Local wildlife appears along the river, and the guide points out the small European-village feel of parts of the city as you ride through them.

Headsets let you hear the guide clearly even while moving, so you don't miss the details.
