The Nebraska II leaves the dock and heads out along the Kalbarri coastline. Once you reach the pots, you're not standing back. You help pull them up, reset the baits, and watch how lobsters are sorted and handled in a working commercial operation. The guide walks you through what happens at each pot and why the timing and placement matter for the catch.
Back on deck, the onboard chef cooks your lobster three ways: a small roll, some bites grilled on the barbecue, and a third preparation you'll taste fresh. You eat while the boat cruises the coastline. Coffee and tea are included. At the end of the tour, you pack your share of the catch into a small cooler (bring your own bag or esky) to take home: real lobster, not a souvenir.
