The Nebraska II leaves the dock and heads out along the Kalbarri coastline. Once you reach the pots, you're not standing back — you help pull them up, reset the baits, and watch how lobsters are sorted and handled in a working commercial operation. Back on deck, the onboard chef cooks your lobster three ways: a small roll, some bites grilled on the barbecue, and a third preparation you'll taste fresh.
