You provide your flight details and hotel address when you book, and the driver meets you with a voucher. The airport leg is a shared shuttle in an air-conditioned minivan, so you're traveling with other passengers heading the same direction.
The theme park transfers work the same way: shared shuttles from your hotel to whichever attraction you choose that day. You get to pick between one and seven round-trip transfers depending on which pass option you buy, and you can use them any day within 30 days of your first journey. That means you could visit Dreamworld on day two, skip a few days, then head to WhiteWater World on day twelve: the pass doesn't lock you into a schedule. The eight venues on the list include the major theme parks, the wildlife sanctuary and the shopping centre, so you're choosing what matters to your trip.
