The experience

The day starts with pickup at 9am from Jolimont Tourist Centre (outside the Novotel Hotel) or 9:55am from Abode Murrumbateman, then moves through four tasting stops across the Canberra region. You'll taste around five gins and a vodka at the distillery, sample different beers including the Crankshaft (winner of GABS Hottest 100 two years running) at the brewery, and work through two separate winery tastings. At Eden Road Wines, the tasting includes a 95-point 2018 The Long Road Syrah and a 95-point 2018 Canberra Syrah grown across vineyard blocks planted in 1971 and 1972. At Four Winds, you'll have pizza lunch paired with wine tastings and the option to play card games.

The vehicle is air-conditioned and stocked with a refrigerated esky of cold drinks, plus complimentary water bottles, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. Lunch is shared cheese platters and pizza. Phone chargers are available if you need them, and the guide will stop for photo shoots in scenic locations. The tour wraps by early evening with drop-off back at your pickup point.
