Brisbane Airport to Gold Coast: Shared Shuttle, Door-to-Door

From the airport desk to your hotel door, one transfer, no transfers.

A shared shuttle service runs hourly from Brisbane Airport to Gold Coast hotels and residences, with pickup at the airport terminal and drop-off at your accommodation. You'll travel in an air-conditioned mini coach with an English-speaking driver. The service operates seven days a week and meets your flight. Book with your flight details and hotel address, and you'll receive a voucher to present to the driver on arrival.

The experience

The shuttle meets you at the check-in desk in either the International or Domestic terminal, so you don't hunt for a pickup point or wait at the curb with luggage. Staff direct you to your vehicle, a 21-seater mini coach, and the drive to Gold Coast takes around an hour. The service runs every hour throughout the day, and your transfer is confirmed the moment you book, with a voucher issued instantly.

You'll travel in air-conditioned comfort with a driver who speaks English, heading straight to your hotel or residence without stops at bus stations or other pickups. Each traveler can bring one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Oversized items like surfboards or golf clubs need operator approval before you travel. If your flight is delayed and you're not on the last service of the day, contact the operator and you'll be placed on the next available shuttle at no extra cost.

The shuttle is suitable for families with infants and small children, who can travel in a pram or stroller, though child seats aren't provided. Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated if a companion is traveling with you to assist with boarding and disembarking.
