He is a sailor by profession, but now retired, and is excited to share with those who are curious to try local cuisine, the traditional foods of the island. Mirko’s will be joined by his wife, Sasha, a certified guide in Croatia, who will share a lot of interesting things about their beautiful country, traditions, language, music, gastronomy and culture. Combining classic tastes with innovation twists, they are the perfect hosts for those who are curious to learn about Croatia through its food, local ingredients, heritage and culinary traditions.
